Every Sip Starts with a Story

Finca Santa Lucia is a remote, high-altitude farm in Tres Pinos, Honduras, run by third-generation producer Raul Rodriguez. Inherited from his father, a pioneer of exotic varietals like Yellow Bourbon and Caturra, the farm is nestled in a cloud forest within Montaña de La Choca reserve.

With rich clay soil, clean mountain air, and sun-drying seasons, this farm produces exceptional coffee while supporting sustainability and community. Raul employs local families, pays some of the region’s highest wages, and donates a portion of direct trade profits to improve the village school.
