Guava Banana

Guava Banana comes from El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Tolima, grown by Elías and Shady Bayter. Using a carefully controlled natural anaerobic fermentation, this Red and Yellow Caturra is developed for sweetness, body, and balance. Slow drying and extended resting bring everything together, resulting in a rich, comforting cup with chocolate up front and layers of guava, plum, red fruit, and soft citrus. Fruit-forward, but grounded—familiar enough for everyday coffee drinkers, interesting enough for the coffee curious.
