This unique honey-processed decaf comes from our direct trade partners at De La Finca. Sourced from a farmer collective in Marcala, Honduras, it was decaffeinated using pure mountain water at Descamex in Veracruz—completely chemical-free.
Most decaf starts with lower-grade coffee, but this lot was so good, Descamex initially thought something had gone wrong. When Nelson from DLF flew in to taste it, the result spoke for itself: a decaf so clean, sweet, and flavorful, it barely tastes like decaf at all.
