Cascara Coffee Cherry Tea - 3oz

Our first tea is still coffee.

Cascara is the dried fruit of the coffee cherry — the fruit that surrounds the seed we know as a coffee bean.

This special lot comes from Helsar de Zarcero Micromill in Costa Rica, where the cherries are harvested specifically for cascara. After harvest, the fruit is washed, pasteurized, and dehydrated to create a clean, sweet, fruit-forward infusion.

In the cup, expect flavors of dried pear, raisin, and oolong tea, with tangy acidity. Enjoy it hot or flash-brewed over ice.

How to Brew

Hot

10 g or ¼ Cup • 10 oz water • 205–212°F. Steep 5 min, then strain.

Iced
Brew with half the amount of water, then pour over ice.
