A wildly fun Colombian Pink Bourbon with dessert-like sweetness, creamy body, and big tropical energy.
This coffee starts with Pink Bourbon cherries grown by small producers across Huila, Tolima, and Caldas, then processed at El Vergel Estate using Forest Coffee’s Honey + Banana fermentation. After a sealed pre-fermentation, the coffee is depulped and co-fermented with yeast and banana flavors before drying and resting for stabilization.
In the cup, expect a sweet, creamy profile with notes of banana cake, candy-like fruit, milk chocolate, and soft pastry sweetness. It is playful and expressive without being too heavy-handed — the kind of coffee that makes you stop mid-sip and say, “wait, what is this?”
